Terms of Use

For individuals registering for any course:

• The material making up this course is copyrighted. All intellectual property rights belong to Cyber Law International Academy. Copying, downloading (except as materials are specifically made available for download), recording, sharing, and any other processing beyond as expressly permitted is not allowed. 

For individuals registering for the International Law of Cyber Operations Executive Course; International Law of Cyber Operations: Sovereignty Package; International Law of Cyber Operations: Responses Package; International Law of Cyber Operations: Human Rights, IHL and Disputes Package:

• One licence gives one user the right to access the course materials. Additional users must purchase separate licences to participate in the course.
• Since you automatically gain access to the entire course content when you register and pay the tuition fee, we are unable to provide refunds. Please take a look at the free preview lessons before registering to be sure that you wish to enroll. 

For individuals registering for the International Law of Cyber Operations Executive Course:

• You will have access to the course materials for one month after the last live session. We are unable to make exceptions to this rule, therefore, please ensure that you have completed all course requirements by then in order to receive the course certificate.

For individuals registering for the Human Rights Online Executive Course:

• All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].

  A 90% tuition refund will be issued for cancellations received at least 60 days before the course start date (see specific dates under the course's FAQ section).

  A 50% tuition refund will be issued for cancellations received at least 30 days before the course start date (see specific dates under the course's FAQ section).

  No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 30 days before the course start date.

  You may nominate a substitute participant in place of requesting a refund without any additional fees.
